MIRTA RINALDI

Born in Mendoza, Argentina, Mirta

is a Cooking Instructor & Ambassador

of her culture!

In 2012, she started Mendulcina,

bringing to life her family recipes &

showcasing favorite ingredients like quince, that evoked warm memories of cooking with loved ones. More than just a cooking venture, Mendulcina is a journey of culinary storytelling, preserving & evolving traditional legacy.

Previous to her career in food, Mirta was an Executive Personal Manager & Event Producer for a Philanthropist & Songwriter. She was exposed to highly unique experiences that deeply inspired her to continue her career with a keen attention to detail & quality.

PAOLA GARCIA

Paola, has established a noteworthy career as an Educator, Simultaneous Interpreter, and Curator focused on sustainability-driven programming and events. Her deep-rooted connection to Argentinian culture, along with her experience organizing events with her mother, has cultivated her passion for promoting cultural literacy. Through her mother's exceptional culinary offerings, Paola is dedicated to connecting people and fostering a deeper appreciation for diverse cultures She is proud to play a vital role in advancing Mendulcina’s mission.
