Born in Mendoza, Argentina, Mirta is a
Cooking Instructor & Ambassador of her culture!
In 2012, she started Mendulcina, bringing to life her family recipes & showcasing favorite ingredients like quince, which awakened great childhood memories spent in the kitchen with her mother & aunts.
Recalling these experiences, where generational cooks
bond while jarring & processing tomatoes, is relatable to many families & something that Mirta highly cherishes.
Mendulcina has been more than about elaborating sweets & food from Mendoza, it has become a vehicle for culinary storytelling &
maintaining & evolving traditional legacy...
Previous to her career in food, Mirta was an Executive Personal Manager & Event Producer for a Philanthropist & Songwriter. She was exposed to highly unique experiences that deeply inspired her to continue her career with a keen attention to detail & quality.
Nacida en Mendoza, Argentina, Mirta es una instructora de cocina y embajadora de su cultura. En el 2012, formó Mendulcina, dando vida recetas familiares y haciendo hincapié a ingredientes favoritos como el membrillo, que despertaron recuerdos de la infancia cuando pasaba momentos con su madre y tías en la cocina.
Recordando estos momentos, donde diferentes generaciones se juntaban a procesar y envasar tomates, es algo que muchos se pueden identificar y para Mirta es sagrado.
Mendulcina ha sido más que elaborar dulces y comidas de Mendoza, se ha transformado en una plataforma para historias culinarias y una forma de mantener tradiciones.
Anteriormente, Mirta fue Gerente Ejecutiva Personal y Productora de Eventos para una filántropa y escritora de canciones. Estuvo expuesta a experiencias muy únicas que la inspiraron profundamente a continuar su carrera con alta atención a los detalles y calidad.
Paola is Mirta's daughter and the Vice President of Mendulcina.
Spanning a career as an Educator, Simultaneous Interpreter and Curator of programming & events around sustainability, it has been an honor & privilege to also be a part of Mendulcina.
Growing up immersed in the Argentinian culture & organizing events with her mom has allowed Paola to evolve another passion & realize a dream of promoting cultural literacy & connecting people through her mom's food!

Con una carrera como Educadora, Intérprete Simultánea, y creadora de programas y eventos de sostenibilidad, también ha sido un honor y privilegio ser parte de Mendulcina. Criada en la cultura Argentina y organizando eventos con su madre ha permitido que Paola desarrolle otra pasión y realice su sueño de promover cultura y conectar gente con la comida de su madre!
